All of our Bow Wow-licious Biscuit Company treats are handmade and hand cut, therefore, individual bone shape/size may vary. Because our treats do not contain any preservatives or additives, their shelf life existence is shorter than most store bought products. We recommend you refrigerate or freeze our biscuit treats for a much longer existence. Many of our K-9 customers love the biscuits right from the freezer.

Returns

Regarding returns, our products do not have preservatives and should be handled with care. All biscuit items are perishable and should be refrigerated or put in freezer immediately. They are specially packaged and noted on their shipment box. Therefore, please note the shelf life information in the product section of the website.
